if your necklace tarnish Bring one liter of water, one tablespoon of baking soda and one piece of aluminum foil to a boil. Drop silver in the pot for 5 minutes (longer if it's very tarnished), then remove using kitchen tongs. Magic! ( there is videos on youtube you can learn about how to clean and take care of your silver jewelry )

I believe it was mainly USPS, but the actual necklace got delayed by 2 weeks and the tracking had stopped. However once the product arrived it was perfect!
